Michael Brooker is President and co-owner of T&M Service® and Upstate Semiconductor Parts.  For over 11 years now, T&M Service® has been providing high quality refurbished equipment to Industry leading semiconductor manufacturers, researchers and equipment suppliers alike.

Michael has been refurbishing and servicing Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment for over 25 Years.  He was instrumental in developing the policies and procedures for equipment refurbishment that are used throughout the used equipment market today.

Joining the Semiconductor Industry in 1988, Michael worked for a major semiconductor equipment supplier for over 12 years.  He started in Field Service maintaining and repairing equipment and eventually assisted in the start-up and operation of a very successful Equipment Refurbishment Division.

Prior to working in the Semiconductor industry, Michael was a Data Systems Technician in the US Navy and Naval Reserves.  He graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics.
